DEPOSITS

100% Deposit is required when booking the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

0 to 7 days from reservation date NO REFUND
8 to 14 days from reservation date 50% REFUND
15 or more days from reservation date 90% REFUND

CHECK-IN/OUT:

CHECK-IN 2 PM
CHECK OUT 12 PM
- Any check out after 12 PM, without any prior arrangement, will be charged a $50.00 LATE CHECK-OUT FEE. No exception!

QUIET TIME:

11 PM TO 7 AM

SPEED LIMIT:

5 MPH!!!
Please observe our speed limit to help keep our guests safe. Violators will get one warning. If violators choose not to abide by the speed limit, after the warning, the violator/violators will be evicted, with no refund.

SITE OCCUPANCY:
RV SITES-

1 RV will be allowed at each site
2 Vehicles max per RV site (all extras park at the beach)
Side by Sides will count as a Vehicle
10 people max per RV site
2 Tents max per RV site ($10 a tent a day)
2 pets per RV site

TENT SITES-

1 TENT per reservation
5 people max per tent
2 pets per TENT site

PARKING POLICY

Vehicles will not be allowed to park in empty RV sites.
PLEASE leave roads free of obstruction.
Park all Trailers at the beach.
People visiting campers, PLEASE park at the beach.

NIGHT SAFETY

All guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older after dark.
PLEASE carry a flashlight of some type after dark to be able to be seen for your safety.

PET-FRIENDLY POLICY

All pets must be on a leash, attended to, and under control at all times when outdoors.
All pets must be kept indoors at night.
If a dog’s behavior results in complaints by other guests, it may result in eviction.
Please clean-up after your pets

CAMPSITE GUIDELINES:
General Guidelines

Items outside the unit are limited to Patio & Yard furniture/accessories. Any other items MUST be stored away.
PLEASE be considerate to other campers and management. Do not walk between sites navigating the campground.
Keep outside of RV or TENT site clean and picked up.
NO clotheslines permitted.
Do not wash kitchen cookware in the bathhouse.
No Dirt Bikes or ATVs on Lazy Fish at Pelican Point Landing grounds.
No pools or inflatable hot tubs of any type .

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is allowed on the campgrounds.

Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins.
Cigarette butts left on the ground of your campsite may result in a $100 fee.

ALCOHOL & DRUGS POLICY

Alcohol is allowed. Please drink responsibly.
Irresponsible drinking that may be considered a nuisance will not be tolerated and therefore grounds for immediate eviction with no refund and possibly blacklisted.
Drugs are prohibited on the campground. The use of drugs on the campground may lead to being blacklisted

FIREWORKS & FIREARMS POLICY

NO fireworks on Lazy Fish at Pelican Point Landing grounds.
NO BBs, Airsoft, or Pellet Guns on Lazy Fish at Pelican Point Landing grounds.

FIREPIT POLICY

PLEASE put OUT your firepit if it is unattended.
PLEASE CLEAN out your firepit before you leave. Your firepit is not a garbage. Any garbage left in your firepit, after your reservation, may result in a $100 fee.

CLEAN-UP CAMPSITE

Each site is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized appearance.
Do not leave trash, cigarette butts, oil/grease, or etc. behind on your campsite. Any violators will be charged a $100 fee.
Dumpsters are only for household garbage. No ashes, charcoal, furniture, tubes, large cardboard boxes, or tires.

PLEASE HAVE FUN AND ENJOY YOUR TIME AT LAZY FISH AT PELICAN POINT LANDING.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE, LIMIT THE LENGTH OF STAY AND THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE OR VEHICLES PER SITE AND/OR EVICT ANY PERSON OR PARTY WITHOUT REFUND.
